Sloyd game assets — license and provenance notice Selected Hoshimori wildlife and ranch models were generated from original text prompts. Sakura, orchard and palm trees and the existing Casey and Harper resident models used original AI-generated image references. The resident reference generation also used existing Hoshimori character images as offline style inputs; it does not establish a new license or commercial entitlement for those legacy inputs. The Plus plan and creation details are recorded in the authoring provenance; this notice is not an independent verification of account-period entitlement or of rights in earlier style inputs. Provider generation timestamps and offline derivation dates are recorded per asset, with their timezone identified. The oak, oak2 and bush variants were derived offline on 26 October from the orchard source generated on 25 October; they are not new provider generations. The palm source was generated on 26 October. Account/plan observations remain scoped to their source records. The assets were edited and optimized offline in Blender. Animals and trees retain vertex paint; the two residents retain original source UV paint in opaque, embedded JPEGs, with a local mouth-paint/UV repair for Harper. Animals retain their authored rigs or hinges, and the two residents retain editable native skins. They are included as part of this game under Sloyd's paid-plan commercial-use grant, not offered as a standalone model library or for marketplace resale. The storybook residents Rio, Jamie, Casey, George and Mira are Sloyd image-to-3D outputs s5klydgm, urtcchpr, nf15eq8o, 28gzead4 and duzw2j2h, each from an original AI-generated character reference (identified by hash in the authoring provenance, not packaged). Their source UV paint is retained in opaque embedded JPEGs, with source-derived tangent normal maps where recorded; the editable Blender sources carry native 26-joint skins and were reduced offline to 7,500 triangles each. This Casey replaces the earlier Casey resident model. They are incorporated into this game under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. The storybook residents Pip, Alex (sora), Mia (momo), Robin (ren), Kai (kaito), Aria, Lumi, Morgan (nami) and Drew (daichi) are Sloyd image-to-3D outputs 4ocxerv4, s777iasr, qmjcwdas, nzmtjjnn, rpcf4k9s, 07u34aj6, kg1s1k7t, akotuwz8 and 2a0ax8pw, each from an original AI-generated character reference (identified by hash in the authoring provenance, not packaged), with the same retained paint, native 26-joint skins and 7,500-triangle offline reduction. They replace the earlier resident models for those characters and are incorporated into this game under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. The cottage and shop buildings derive offline from Sloyd cottage-family output 2dzy55he, using the retained original AI cottage reference. The player homestead is separately derived from Sloyd image-to-3D output i5o8yj83, using an original AI-generated cottage reference. Their source UV paint is retained in opaque embedded JPEG derivatives. Editable sources are offline derivatives, not the raw provider downloads. They are incorporated under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. The village facility buildings (inn, forge, library, flower shop, clinic, ranch supply, kiosk, woodland lodge, barn, coop, harbor shed, fisher hut, windmill, lighthouse, stage, mine entry and any other building--sloyd.glb listed in asset-authoring/provenance.json) are Sloyd text-to-3D outputs generated on a Plus plan with the Private setting. Offline in Blender their ground discs were removed, triangles bounded, doors and footprints fitted, warm roofs hue-shifted to one soft-blue family, and their source UV paint kept as one opaque embedded 512 or 256 pixel JPEG each; the windmill sails are split into a separately turning vertex-painted part. They are incorporated into this game under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. The harbor boats and park furniture (cargo ship, swing set, and any ferry, picnic table, market stall and lamp post listed in asset-authoring/provenance.json) are Sloyd text-to-3D outputs generated on a Plus plan with the Private setting, joined and bounded in Blender with baked opaque toon vertex paint (no texture ships). They are incorporated into this game under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. The storybook player farmers and residents Helen (hana) and Harper are Sloyd image-to-3D outputs 50dt105q (boy, default and gathered-overalls fieldwork bodies), 8xte5tr2 (girl), qj8gu14n (Helen) and okj0gz5s (Harper), each from an original AI-generated character reference (identified by hash in the authoring provenance, not packaged). They keep their source UV paint and source-derived normal maps, carry editable native 26-joint skins in asset-authoring/characters-v3/, and were reduced offline to 7,500 triangles each; Helen's sleeves were cut away from her dress in Blender. They replace the earlier farmer, Helen and Harper models and are incorporated into this game under the same limited grant; no standalone asset resale or redistribution right is asserted. License sources checked on 25 October 2026: https://www.sloyd.ai/terms-of-use (last updated 16 February 2026), sections 6–8 https://www.sloyd.ai/pricing https://www.sloyd.ai/sloyd-answers Section 6's operative grant: "You have a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide right to use models from the web-app within your creations for usages authorized in this agreement." The terms grant a non-exclusive, permanent worldwide right to incorporate models into permitted creations, including commercial work, and permit modification, texturing and shaders. Standalone asset-store, marketplace or stock-library resale requires the Pro plan. Uploaded references must not contain third-party copyrighted content. Inputs were original text prompts or original AI-generated references retained with the authoring sources. This notice records that limited grant; it does not relicense the models as CC0, MIT, exclusive artwork or freely redistributable standalone assets. File-level source IDs and processing details are retained in the repository's apps/web/asset-authoring directory. This notice covers only those listed game assets, including the player farmers, Helen, Casey, Harper, Rio, Jamie, George, Mira, Pip, Alex, Mia, Robin, Kai, Aria, Lumi, Morgan, Drew, the cottage-family homestead, cottage and shop buildings and the village facility buildings, with the limitations above. It makes no claim about the license or commercial entitlement of earlier sculpted character assets or their images. The lifeguard visitor candidate is a Sloyd Plus image-to-3D output wbefpaws, subsequently auto-rigged as d8qe0vhz, from an original ImageGen reference. Its privacy setting was not observed. The original source UV colors and editable skin are preserved through bounded offline reduction and localized weight repair; the Sloyd output omits the whistle shown in the reference. It is incorporated under the same limited grant, without standalone resale rights. The technician, nurse, forester and forager visitors and the standalone Nori spirit-and- lantern model are Sloyd Plus image-to-3D outputs refined offline in Blender. Their source, reference, runtime and editing records are in asset-authoring/ provenance.json. Nori is a static model handoff with no gameplay binding. The coastal fish is Sloyd Plus/Private output qwc15g1j, reduced offline with its source-derived paint retained in a bounded embedded texture. Its source and runtime hashes are recorded in asset-authoring/provenance.json; it is included under the same commercial incorporation grant stated above. The cast-3d-v1 resident portraits are local renders of the runtime resident models identified by SHA-256 in asset-authoring/cast-3d-v1/manifest.json. They retain the source designs and are subject to the same Sloyd notice above. The coastal rock is Sloyd Plus/Private output onpmgz5s, reduced offline in Blender and incorporated as an optional locally served game model. Source design and texture are retained. It is subject to the Sloyd notice above.
